  • Notes: Enjoy fresh, local food all year long by growing and canning your own produce at home. At this workshop you will learn the basics of canning through hands on preserving of fresh, in-season produce. Wear comfortable clothing and bring an apron. We will be chopping and slicing fresh produce so bring your knives and cutting boards. You may also bring your pressure canner lid for testing of the dial gauge at the end of the workshop.
