Flower Power- Kids Gardening Project. Learn about growing flowers and vegetables. The program cost is $30 per child. This program is for children ages 8-12. The child does not need to be in 4-H to participate. The program will meet every Wednesday from September 7th through November 9th from 4:30-5:30 pm. The Gillespie County Extension Office is pleased to announce the 2022 Gillespie County Pecan Show on December 15th. Entries are due on December 14th at noon. Commercial and home tree entries are both welcome. To enter, please bring to the Gillespie County Extension Office (38 Business Court) a brown paper bag of 40-42 pecans of the same variety that were grown by you in Gillespie County.
