Food Manager 2-Day Certification Training
In Gillespie County we offer, the Two-Day Certified Food Manager Certification Course. Program fulfills state requirements for Certified Food Manager status upon completion of course and successful performance on examination. Call the Gillespie County Extension Office at 830-997-3452 by the RSVP deadline.

This 2 hour course is recommended for all food service employees to help promote the service of safe food. It is a basic overview of food safety principals and practices that are necessary to ensure you serve safe food at your establishment. Call the Gillespie County Extension Office at 830-997-3452 to inquire about the next class offering. Once a year the course is offered in Spanish.
